My heart rate was going wild after the first 3-4 exercises. There are lots of things in  need of improvement for an elegant performance but all in due time with plenty of training. Most annoying exercise: star crunches, ghrrrr @#%#$^$!!! Pleasant sourprise: side plank lifts, it’s the first time I tried them and they rock especially after 20 reps

As the weather forecast was plain wrong this weekend, we had to change our plans on the fly and ended up on some easy routes at the Piranha crag in Busteni. Limaxu 6a has some pretty cool moves and after the second bolt I had severe cramps in my left thigh. I’m glad I got to the top but properly understanding the route for a fluid upward motion definitely requires weekly practice. Should I start training again? Hard decision.
