How to:

  1. chop a small onion and fry it in butter
  2. chop two fists of dried apricots and boil them for 2-3 minutes in a cup of red wine
  3. grind a pack of biscuits and a fist of cashew nuts in separate bowls
  4. drain the apricots and the onions
  5. mix everything with the 2 eggs. gradually add biscuit powder until it gets sticky and you can form balls
  6. make the sweet balls ( cleaning your hands with water after each ball helps a lot)
  7. cook in the oven for 20minutes / 100C
  1. boil 2 fists of pistachio in a cup of milk for 5 minutes
  2. add this sauce over the prosciutto meat and cook in the oven for 10 minutes
  3. add some parmigiano and mozzarella. cook for 5 more minutes

Serve with red dry wine and any salad you like, we chose rucolla.
