Playing with food

How to:
- chop a small onion and fry it in butter
- chop two fists of dried apricots and boil them for 2-3 minutes in a cup of red wine
- grind a pack of biscuits and a fist of cashew nuts in separate bowls
- drain the apricots and the onions
- mix everything with the 2 eggs. gradually add biscuit powder until it gets sticky and you can form balls
- make the sweet balls ( cleaning your hands with water after each ball helps a lot)
- cook in the oven for 20minutes / 100C
- boil 2 fists of pistachio in a cup of milk for 5 minutes
- add this sauce over the prosciutto meat and cook in the oven for 10 minutes
- add some parmigiano and mozzarella. cook for 5 more minutes
Serve with red dry wine and any salad you like, we chose rucolla.
