BodyRock.Tv fitness rocks!

My heart rate was going wild after the first 3-4 exercises. There are lots of things inĀ  need of improvement for an elegant performance but all in due time with plenty of training. Most annoying exercise: star crunches, ghrrrr @#%#$^$!!! Pleasant sourprise: side plank lifts, it’s the first time I tried them and they rock especially after 20 reps :)
